My name is "Trina"means "purity" in Greek. My name is "PiTrinam"means "purity from the Ancestors"in Sanskrit. Origin of my name "Trina"is Hindi for "points of sacred kusa grass"meaning "sacred seat for Buddha" I pray for "Purity From Our Ancestors". I wear Shiva's Tears, Rudraksha, and I cry for Our World.

My Husband and I are doing renovations of our home here. I have everything packed up to give away and store. we are living out of one huge box... like camping Gypsies and it is is kind of fun for me.

Children are learning delayed gratification. I am becoming more disciplined. 'Day is for Discipline. Night is for Surrender'. I wake up early (6 or 7am) so eight o'clock is a wee bit of a sleep in for me. I have done much of the prep work to make ready for renovations. Hubby has quit work for a short time to get this underway. He says we should be done the upstairs 6 weeks. I don't know.... There is a lot to do. We have an IKEA kitchen down in our eldest son's room and tonight we are knocking down a wall! YAY! It is a wall that seperates our kitchen from our living quarters. The 'Great Room" as they call it now..will be MUCH greater. I keep my eye and mind on the imagined finished product.

Maybe too much. I dropped a huge old fridge on him down our first flight of stairs! We were trying to roll it gently down one stair at a time.. but the fridge had other ideas, when it caught the back of my head and tossed me into the drywall. ooh the colours and the ache. I have a wee gash on me forehead. My husband caught it on his hip. No harm done. (& the fridge is still working!) We were moving it from our kitchen to our laundry room. Our old fridge will keep us fed from downstairs while we renovate, and then later it will make a great Guinness fridge. The transformation here is all ready amazing to me!

We have done some 'preparation to destroy' type work and Today is the day we Bring down the Wall! Tis exciting! It will sure open up the space. Now we can see some thing that looks more like progress in our renovations.

Then it is unto ceilings, windows, walls, and hardwood and cork floors. We have all of the material here. Even Stainless Steel fridge and stove - not sure how I feel about that - Stainless Steel requires lots of polishing and reminds me of working at the Dairy Queen. We are doing most of the work ourselves. Then it is unto the IKEA kitchen and my huge farm sink that I am so excited about. All the Best to Everyone! Warm Wishes, ~Trina
